Cummins Inc.'s proxy statements reveal the annual compensation of its top executives, including CEO Jennifer Rumsey. Rumsey was appointed in August 2022, extending her tenure at the company to 167 years. Her total yearly compensation stands at $1285 million, composed of $117 million in salary and $883 million in bonuses, stock options, and other perks.
Upon her appointment, Rumsey's base salary was increased to $740,000, and her target annual bonus was adjusted to 95% of her base salary. These changes took effect on March 1, 2021.
