ACHS is located in Greenfield, Iowa, in the heart of Adair County. Greenfield is home to the majority of our facilities, including Adair County Memorial Hospital, our primary care clinic, and our long-term care facility.
Adair County Memorial Hospital is a general medical and surgical hospital that provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services. We offer 24/7 emergency care, as well as a variety of specialty services, including cardiology, orthopedics, and general surgery.
Our primary care clinic provides comprehensive healthcare services for patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. We offer a variety of services, including well-child checkups, sports physicals, and chronic disease management.
Our long-term care facility provides a home-like environment for our residents, who receive around-the-clock care from our compassionate and experienced staff.
